Mindful Expression Workshop

This workshop focuses on setting an intention or affirmation (for change, to release or manifest) and creating art by allowing the subconscious self to express itself. Using simple lines each person will be able to just “go with the flow” by putting their intention onto paper so that change can begin to occur. This is relaxing, playful and just plain fun process that is freeing in many ways: reducing stress, re-connecting to creative energies and can help to make change in everyday life.
